The e-mail addresses of the sender and recipient are used only for the send procedure. To prevent misuse of this service, TDK Europe will attach the identification data (IP address) of every user to the sent e-mail in the form of an e-mail header record (X_Sent_by_IP) and store it for a period of two months. So far as third parties substantiate that their rights have been infringed by the sending of a recommendation as part of this service, TDK Europe will issue the identification data for legal purposes.
